Marketing Suite, Embassy Gardens

The marketing suite was conceived as a ‘jewel set in a magical garden’. The walled garden was a beautiful oasis of calm and seemed a world away from the oppressive traffic dominated environment in the adjacent Nine Elms Lane. Show apartments were available to view in a setting that demonstrates an understanding of landscape quality on the part of the developer and illustrates the aesthetic of the future Linear Park. The vegetative landscape was distilled from two archetypes : an ant hill meadow and woodland glade, providing a distinctive setting for the building on the cusp of two ecologies. The project was on budget, created instant visual impact yet had a limited design life. The client marketing team have noted that the dwell time of visitors (potential purchasers) is significantly longer than to any of their other sales suites and has been described as the most successful marketing suite Ballymore have produced to date.
